PBMS 2012 Participation and Technical Assistance Survey

ASCA is requesting that member agency staff who are involved in the Performance Based Measures System (PBMS) respond to a survey to provide information to ASCA staff and the Performance Measures Committee about how the system is meeting agency needs.
