Current Resolution Issues
ASCA Membership voted 39 Yea and 3 Nay to support the ASCA Resolution #22, Amendments to the Rules that Govern the Interstate Movement and Supervision of Certain Adult Offenders.
During the 2010 ASCA Summer meetings the Policy, Resolution, Legislation and Legal Issues Committee considered a resolution to support rules changes being considered by the Interstate Compact Commission. The Policy Committee voted to adopt the resolution and send it to the Executive Committee for consideration. The Executive Committee voted to send the resolution to the ASCA membership for a vote.
