The Nominating Committee deliberates and recommends to the Executive Committee a slate of officers or an individual officer to fill vacant offices. The Executive Committee considers the recommendation(s) of the Nominating Committee and after consulting with the Nominating Committee, presents the nominees to the membership as a whole for their adoption or rejection by vote. Rather than voting on only nominees recommended to them, members may vote for any other member for vacancies being consider by so marking their ballot with write-in candidate(s).
