In August each year, ASCA staff sends a request for nominations to Directors, Deputy Directors, Governors, Mayors, and Attorneys General in jurisdictions with eligible recipients. After the deadline, a list of the nominations is sent to the Committee Chair. At the Chair’s direction, the nomination letters are sent to the Francke Award Committee (The Francke Award Committee consists of the Chair and the five previous Francke Award winners). The Committee then reviews all nominations and makes the selection of the winner.

The Francke Award is presented at our annual All Directors Training each year. Nominations are requested several months in advance of the training. More information will be forthcoming.
